Chazelle has always felt a sense of mystery and magic within her own reality. She has had many special places that have decided to surface and be displayed playfully on wood, canvas, paper and clay. The layers and layers of creamy colors comfort her while her characters display her deepest thoughts and emotions she has experienced. Her love of playing in the woods or a tea party underwater is always a magical time for her and that is where her wounds are transformed. Her daydreams cascade like the milky way in the night sky.
